5 Steps To Remove Dark Circles Under Eyes


Dark circles are very ugly and they tend to age us more thank gray hairt or wrinles. Many of us are affected from time to time by the discoloration of our under-eyes. Dark circles might be caused by allergies, illness, heredity or inadecuate sleep. 1. Sleep. You need to sleep at least eight hours per day, and I cannot stress enough the importance of this step. You will suffer from low blood circulation if you do not sleep well, and even your skin will become paler. You should reduce the consumption of alcohol or abastain from it if you want to see better results fast. It also important that you reduce the level of stress in your life.

2. Eat well. You need a balanced diet rich in vitamins and based on the consumption of lots of water. You will also avoid many cosmetic problems when you consume a lot of water and consume vitamins the right amount. You need to consume lots of B12 vitamin to prevent dark circles or reduce them. Eating plenty of food and vegetables will make you a lot of good in your quest to reduce your dark circles, and you should also reduce your salt intake.

3. Quit or reduce smoking. Smoking is related to blood vessel issues and your dark circles as well, and you should quit or reduce smoking.

4. Relax more. Lack of relaxation and anxiety will cause you resting, eating and sleeping problems, and you need to avoid them if you want to reduce your dark cicles as soon as possible.

5. Frozen spoon. You can use a fronzen spoon and put it on the dark circles during 10 or 20 minutes. You also should hold it until you feel the spoon warm again.
